初めまして、saisonkitchen代表の河野です。
私は20年間、エステティック業界で施術や
カウンセリングを行いながら、
沢山の女性のお悩みにふれてきました。
今現在も、現役で施術を行うエステティシャンです。
長年、美容業界に身を置いていると様々な方々との出会いがあります。
常に美を追求する方、
原因が分からないまま身体の不調を感じている方 、
精神面にお悩みを抱える方、
など...
数多くの出会いがありました。
〝美しさ〟とは何か…
〝健康である〟という事は何か…
について、向き合う毎日です。
そう言った中で、さまざまな視点から、
人の身体の仕組みについて、
考えいけばいくほど、学んでいけばいくほど、私は〝食べること〟にしか行き着かなかったのです。
そして、様々な事を学ぶ中でたどり着いたことは、
〝人の身体は、窓ガラスと同じで外側だけを磨き続けても綺麗にはなれない〟
〝健康美の源は胃腸である〟
ということでした。
この納豆麹が作られるまでには、
様々なストーリーがありました。
私が美容業界で働く20年間の間に、
私自身の身体に起こったことや、
沢山の女性との出会いによって気づかされたこと、学んだこと…など
その中で、特に私が伝えたい、
本当に大切なことを書いていきたいと
